I guess it's been a while since my last post. Suprisingly no one has complained yet, so hopefully people are still reading! Anyway, not much has occurred excpet behaving poorly when it comes to food and not getting enough exercise. It could have been worse I suppose. The only day I haven't made it to the gym was yesterday, which was supposed to be "date" night until Don got the flu, or some other sort of ugly sickness that gives one fevers and aches and whatnot. So instead I spent my Saturday night with my parents and going to bed at 10:30. Today I almost got an hour of cardio in but I was meeting Don for coffee at Starbucks at 10:00 (he was feeling up to getting out of his house) and, of course, he was late, and I could have gotten in the entire hour if I hadn't of rushed out to meet him. Oh well, the gym did give me a tulip when I left, and tulips are one of my favorite flowers.
My work schedule sucks this week. On the positive side, it will allow me to get to Body Pump three times and also to eat lunch at home, which will allow for healthier choices. As long as I don't get whatever Don had (which he got from his parents) I should be good and healthy to make it through the week successfully.
I hear ya, Karrie, on the basketball thing. I had Georgetown in my final four (along with UConn, apparantly another mistake) so my brackets are just about shot. I still could win the whole thing though, as I picked UNC to go all the way. Who knows. My other news is that I am going to have a new niece or nephew in October, my sister-in-law is expecting. It will be fun to have a new baby to play with come Christmas. However, Avery will probably remain topdog in my world!

I figured complaining did me no good... you'll post when you are good and ready. Although, I do check every day just to see what's new! I can't wait to hear your weigh-in tomorrow.
Good work on getting to the gym almost everyday. My gym had tulips out, but no one passed them out like they did on valentine's day. They must have liked them so much, they kept them for themselves.
And good luck not getting sick. Eat oranges! Drink water! Keep working out.
why did your gym give tulips and mine just kept them for themselves? Selfish gym snobs! Anyway, congrats on the new neice/nephew, that will be fun! I had noticed you didn't post for a while, but I just kept checking and knew you'd get back to it soon. Karrie is the only one who I can count on for a new update almost every day, and I know I could never match that, so I don't expect you to either.
When are we going to see you again?
