Realization

Tomorrow I am going to Body Pump after work.... this will make it the third time since Sunday. I also plan on going Saturday morning (hopefully after Combat @ 9:00). I just realized that this will mean I made it to 4 Body Pumps in one week, and I will also have made it to 2 Combats (I did not make it tonight, my body really needed a rest). How about that?
Also, I noticed as I was checking myself out in the full length mirror in the bathroom at work (no, no one else was in there and the mirror is on the back of the door, so no one would catch me) I noticed how buff my arms are looking. I still have a hard time with biceps and keeping the two small weights on with the medium, so I don't think it's from a strength aspect that they look buff... but more of the lean muscle mass I seem to be developing from all this Pumping and Combatting. And, even though I haven't been keeping track of my weight (except for the day I went to the doctor and they weighed me... I weighed myself in the morning so I wouldn't be depressed by the post lunch-I'm bloated-weight), my pants seem to bee fitting better than they have in months. I think the people behind all these "Body" classes should pay the people that attend all the time and are constantly trying to sell the classes to other people. I've even began to feel like the people at class are friends or family... even though we don't really talk, it feels weird when all the regulars aren't there. Anyway, I'm done raving about the classes.... today anyway. All I know is I'm sort of addicted, just like I am to ice cream and wine. Good thing they balance each other out!

I hear ya about advertising the classes. Do you know how many people I get to go on a weekly basis? Not to mention how many people I talked into joining the gym, who then talked more people into it. I wish my gym would mix up their classes more. If a Combat class doesn't work at 8am on Saturday, don't cut the class, move it to a better time!!! Way to go on looking so buff. I wonder when that will start happening to me.
