My title is just on observation of the weather and nothing really to do with my blog. I made it to Combat on Monday, which was good, and I made it Pump last night. The annoying crazy lady was there, but we had a sub instructor so she seemed to be more quiet than usual (still woowooed in the middle of back). The instructor, I did not like.... She kept saying things like "Piece of cake!" and other stupid things. I think I am just biased and prefer my usual instructors because I know what to expect from them. Plus, last week, Sabrina (the regular instructor for Tues) asked for requests for the next week since we would be done with the launch music. I specifically asked to not have to repeat that shoulder track.... Well, that's what the sub wanted to do...so I left early. I went and did my own shoulders on the weight machine and then abs on the floor before stretching. I HATE that shoulder track. No workout tonight, going to Lynn's for dinner and tomorrow Don and I are going to Jazz on the Green. Now I have to decide if I want to run Friday night or go to Combat. I should run. We'll see.....
