Over the Hump

Right now I am waiting for Don to arrive with my iced coffee drink before we go look at more houses on this stuffy, hot, yucky day. I am freshly showered after what felt like a grueling workout. I did an hour on the treadmill, just the usual, walking hills and a little jogging at the end. Then I went to Pump....There was nothing out of the ordinary with the workouts but for some reason I wanted to fall over at the end. I didn't even stay for abs and cool down (mainly because I was worried on time). Maybe it is because I haven't made it 3 times a week to Pump lately, or the heat and humidity is bringing me down, but all I want to do is lay down and read all afternoon. Instead I get to look at houses and then rush down to the Quest for the swimming trials. Not that I am complaining, it should all be good fun, but I think I might fall over at the end of the day. Somehow I am going to attempt another hour workout tomorrow, since there won't be any on Friday. We'll see.
