I had yesterday off and did enjoy the weather to what extent I could. It gets lonely trying to enjoy the weather all by yourself sometimes... and I don't have my own backyard to go sit in and enjoy because my dad was walking around outside making all kinds of noise. Blowing leaves and whatnot.

I just got home from the gym a few minutes ago and received unpleasant news. My sister-in-law's baby will probably not live because it does not have an umbilical cord. They just found out this morning. It's very rare I guess. This sort of puts everything into perspective for me because I have been so jealous of everyone for so long. People getting married, buying houses, starting families. But even if you are doing all those things, everything may not be hunky dory. There are still obstacles and tough times.

I see no point in talking about my workout today. It was hard and I'm tired but I think I'm just going to go take a shower and sit outside and try to enjoy life as it is.
