Lazy Sunday

I did not work out today. I do not plan on working out today.... I'm going to be okay with a lazy Sunday. This next week is going to be busy with my parent's going to Vegas and Don and I trying to take down their kitchen wallpaper and possibly paint the walls for some extra cash. So this morning we woke up and went to breakfast instead of the gym. I had pancakes and a piece of ham. I try not to feel guilty about these morning splurges because I'm usually too full that I don't eat again until dinner, which I think evens it all out. Last night we went to Ruby Tuesday before the movie and because they had a sucky wait staff and the kitchen was backed up, we opted just for the salad bar (and an appetizer because we had a coupon for a free one). I only had one trip through the salad bar and we did get popcorn at the movie, but between the two of us, we didn't finish a medium (and Don was eating most of it). Speaking of the movie, maybe I am a big wuss, but it was one of the scariest movies I've seen in a long time. The Joker was one of the creepiest, dark villains I have watched ever watched... and it made me sad because I love Heath Ledger and he was amazing as this creepy character, and he'll never see the outcome of the hard work. Anyway, I just do not know how parents were bringing small children to this movie because I could barely handle it. It was good but I probably won't see it again. Who knows.

Yeah, me Ryan and Hannah went to the Batman movie. I was a little surprised that Hannah didn't say anything about the Joker being scary or anything. But maybe he's just creepy as a younger kid and they don't really get it about what he is doing - you know, the psychological games he's playing. I wonder how much kids her age and younger really understand what's happening in most movies. Anyway, I also thought he did a really good job with the role.
