Last night I made the three mile run I had planned... And I did it without headphones! How about that? When I realized I left my ipod and headphones at home, I considered just making a detour there to pick them up before the gym, but that would have set me back about 30 minutes for the night. Since things have been so crazy and I didn't want to stress out, I decided I would just tough it out without them. It wasn't too bad, although I really wanted to know what Rachael Ray was making on her 30-Minute Meals, but I did see her use mushrooms so I wasn't all that interested. Three miles is still a challenge, but I can feel my body getting used to running again. I just get fatigued so quickly. My plan this weekend is to run three miles on Saturday again, along with some weights, and then I am going to attempt four miles on Sunday. I can't remember the next week's schedule, but when I look it up at work I'll write it down.
Tomorrow morning after the workout, Don and I plan on going down to the farmer's market and buying some fresh local produce. My parent's bought us a couple steaks and a bottle of wine because Don helped them fix their sink the other day. So we plan on grilling a nice, yummy meal on our new grill tomorrow night. I can't wait! Plus, I love grilled veggies, especially fresh grown ones.

Good work, and good luck. I don't think I could ever run without headphones. I can't hardly run with them. I just get sooo bored. I have to be listening to music AND watching something on TV to keep me entertained.
