I have the day off and it is going to be nice out today. These sort of things cheer me to no end. I plan on reading the book "A New Earth" (which I recommend to all) and maybe shopping. I also plan on hitting the gym at 4:30 for another round of Body Pump and some possible cardio.
The Weight Watchers plan is 3 days in and is going well. I still haven't weighed myself but writing down what I eat and really looking at nutritional information has helped stop me from indulging in things I don't need. For instance, I thought I needed a piece of peanut butter toast every morning after ceral... well, that's an extra 5 points! Cereal is it for me. I did buy some strawberries yesterday and plan on eating my leftover stir-fry from the other night for lunch. I feel like I'm getting back on track.
Hope everyone is having a delightful extra day in February...and spring is just around the corner!

I love the whole idea of points. It doesn't matter that something is "bad" for you -- you still eat it. But when you see how many things you are giving up just to eat that one "bad" thing, it doesn't seem that yummy anymore. Goodluck with the rest of the weekend.
