Another Post

Okay, I'm writing another post but my motivation to keep this thing up is waning. Maybe if I felt like I was getting somewhere with my workouts it would be easier.
Yesterday I went to the gym for cardio.... I only walked because I am trying to help my knee get better so I can run again. I did intervall hills, from 4, 7, 9, and 12 as the inclines, 30 seconds each and at a 4.0 mph pace. I did jog a little bit at the end to ease the stiffness walking for almost an hour can create. Some muscles were sore yesterday when I went to the gym from Body Pump the day before. Now I am off to the gym again for some cardio... I can't go tomorrow (okay, I probably just won't go... I'm sure I could if I wanted to workout after 11 hours of work). So it will be Body Pump and cardio again on Friday.

The haircut looks good, now if I could only do something about the acne, the white, ghostly skin, and the winter weight gain maybe I would feel better about myself. Hopefully I can get a good workout in and that will help!

Your posting to create motivation for me, remember! Its like we're working out together even though we live far away! And it works -- when I see how well you were running again, after taking some time off -- I am so impressed. You are my inspiration -- I just need you to write it down!

I have actually been experiencing some pain in my right knee. I had to take it easy this morning. I am hoping it won't take too long! It sucks when you feel like you should be able to do more, don't our bodies get it? Or maybe it's that our minds should listen more to our bodies...yeah right! ;)
