Back to the Routine

This is all for you, Karrie....okay, and a little bit for me.
Times are hard right now but one thing I can control is how much exercise I'm getting and how much food (and how bad/good it is for me) I'm putting into my body. Although my half-marathon plans didn't pan out last year, and my running time has gone downhill, my goal is to be able to run another 10k in September.
So far, so good! I've been logging at least an hour on the treadmill when I do go to the gym. It's not all running, but today I did run 4 miles straight at a 10:30 minute/mile pace. Not too bad. Tomorrow my goal is 30-45 minutes of cardio and some weight training.
I've yet to make it back to Body Pump (it's been since August!)..... but hopefully, once I get a job, and a regular schedule, I'll be able to work it back into the schedule.
By the way, a lot of the motivation to get back into better shape is that my 10 year high school reunion is coming up..... I need to look good, mostly for myself! I have four months to turn heads.....
