6 Week Plan Starts Today
I am starting my new 6 week run/walk plan today. I have high hopes that this plan will motivate me and get me feeling better about myself and my accomplishments. I figure it starts me out slow enough that it shouldn't be tough and I won't give up easily. I will let you know how the first night goes!

Is tonight's goal walk one minute run one minute? You should be a pro at that. I want to know how fast you are running though. A 12 minute mile - easy breazy? A 10minute mile - more difficult? An 8 minute mile - super star? A 6 minute mile - olympic star?
I am adding a day of intervals like this during my 4 week "run-a-5k-faster" plan.
