Same

Let's see, I believe I accomplished about 5.5 hours of working out this week and my pants are still tight and my hip starting acting up and prevented me from doing any running since Wednesday. I haven't been eating any worse or better, so I'm not really sure what gives. I have been wondering if it is because of a change in medicine that has caused this weight gain that will not go away without starvation. What is most important however, is that I made it to two Pumps this past week. I even forced myself to go heavier on squats Friday, and although it was hard, I made it through. I plan on going again tomorrow night because that's when my favorite instructor teaches. Plus, the weather looks like it should be nice all week, getting better at the end. I'm hoping for nice weather Saturday night so I can grill out with my girls and have fun! I need some! Hopefully I can stop dreading waking up in the morning because all my pants are uncomfortable.

Five and a half hours is really good for your busy schedule. Good work! And hopefully the pay off will be worth it soon. Keep trying. And I too, can't wait for Saturday. I need some girl time!
