Not That Great

Last week did not end up being the great workout week I had imagined. My energy and spirits were low, and I only made it to the gym Sunday, Monday, and Thursday.

This week should, hopefully, be better. I went to Pump yesterday but left during shoulders because I felt like I was either going to throw up or pass out. It seemed harder than usual, which sucks because I thought I was getting back into the swing of things. I'm going to try and start going twice a week. I have engagement pictures next month and I plan on wearing a sleeveless dress. My arms need to be in tip top shape! I am a tad worried about the weekend because I thought I would have lots of time (no class!) but now family activities are getting in the way.

I did start Weight Watchers online after a very, very bad weigh-in last Monday. I know I was bloated but the number shocked me into spending money to help me get my head back on straight. I'm teaching Don about it and having him help me pick out recipes for us to try that are better for us. I'm on a fish kick, so if anyone has a good fish recipe, let me know!

I hate most fish, so I have no recipes to suggest. But when you find a good one let me know. I figure there has to be something good out there, I just haven't found it yet.
And good for you for getting back to WW. You know what works for you, and you are taking the steps needed to get there.
