Back to Pump

Since my back had been killing me for about a week or so, and I went to the chiropractor to help since I didn't have time for the gym, I decided I need to try to go back to Pump. What a mistake. Okay, I know in the long run it will be good for me, but today I am crippled. My whole body kills and I didn't even try to do any weights like I used to. This just shows how weak I've become. I also tried to do this when I didn't feel very good. I haven't gotten the best sleep the past couple weeks and with all the school stress my immune system must be shot. The nice spring weather doesn't help the allergies either. So between Pump and feeling crappy, my only day off (which was yesterday) was shot because I about passed out at 3:30 due to exhaustion. Don and I were supposed to start a morning running program today but I since I couldn't breathe last night, the start is now postponed. Here's hoping for better health soon!

Good work trying though. Isn't it amazing how quickly our muscles start regressing.
I want to know all about the running program. Some girl on 43 things (the website where my life goals are listed) emailed me that she had a similar goal before turning 29, and she made a 10k running plan that worked great. She's gonna email me. We'll see!
